In a group of 24 students, we have accomplished holistic research for the Brand KETTLER® containing benchmarking, interviews, online surveys, forum discussions, observation, Out-of-Box, and In-use analysis as well as brand-experience, POS and upcoming trends such as E-mobility. Afterward, divers Concepts have been developed individually or in a Group. Smart E-bike sharing focuses on navigation scenarios, user interface, and the design language. Three types of urban travelers were defined as the leading target group.
